Initial installed of our solar hot water system was great, a very good experience. Our trouble came when it was time to support it. We had our roof replaced recently and Eric (the owner) quoted us $800 to take it off and $800 to put it back on. It was taken off (May), the roof replaced, and then we were ghosted for five months to put it back on. They finally got back to us in the fall (October) and raised the price to $2200 (plus materials) to put it back on, which we did not do. I've been on the fence writing a review but another person in my community had the same experience with this company and I thought it was in potential customers best interest to share. I would not do business with them again.
