Blue Spruce Realty
“I worked with both Amber and Don over the course of 1.5 years. I looked at a total of 15+ houses with them, and put in a total of 6 offers. They were both incredibly patient, kind, informative and supportive through the entire process. As a first time homebuyer, they answered all of my silly questions, and gave me the knowledge/confidence to feel really good with the house I ended up in. 10/10 communication and flexibility. Writing offers was as easy and low stress as possible, they would walk me through my options, explain what specific language meant, etc. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with blue spruce. It’s awesome to work with people who live in and grew up in the area which is the case here. If you’re thinking about using them as a realty service I could not encourage you to more!”
