I worked with both Amber and Don over the course of 1.5 years. I looked at a total of 15+ houses with them, and put in a total of 6 offers. They were both incredibly patient, kind, informative and supportive through the entire process. As a first time homebuyer, they answered all of my silly questions, and gave me the knowledge/confidence to feel really good with the house I ended up in. 10/10 communication and flexibility. Amber Foote from Blue Spruce Realty is great!! Very helpful showing us properties and pointing out any potential concerns that may need to be addressed. Also pointed out whether certain homes were potentially in flood zones or other things that may make getting insurance very expensive or not even possible.
I recently worked with Tami selling my Mom’s mobile home after she passed. I can’t say enough good about her! She made a difficult situation for me much easier. She was extremely kind and thoughtful, and sold it in record time. Plus, she was fun to work with! I highly recommend her!
