from the first day I called them, they got back to me very quick. they did a great job and explained to me the process. then a year later, on the weekend our water stopped..I called them and they were an hour away. they came and were there in an hour. they fixed the problem fast, and said it was under warranty.. these guys are great, kind, honest and I recommend them. they have been around a long time and know what to do.. jim

I’m extremely impressed with the quick repair and amazing customer service we received. We lost water on a Thursday afternoon. After trying to figure out the issue on our own we gave Spafford and Sons a call. They walked me through some diagnostics over the phone and told me to call back the next morning if things weren’t working by evening. I called back shortly after opening. They came out and determined we needed a new well pump and it was fixed by 2:30 that day. The crew was amazing, very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our pipes had frozen over the weekend, so we called Spafford and Sons. they came over immediately and assessed the problem. They came back the next day and had Chris, excavate our well along with the crew from Spafford installing new lines and insulation. I was so impressed with their professionalism, diligent work and working under extreme cold temperatures. They had us up and running with working water again. I would highly recommend this business.
