We had some very surprising leaking after our roof was replaced 2 years ago. Called Kate and Chris and Nelson showed up quickly to see what the problem was. It was in the middle of winter just after a 5 inch storm and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue with old flashing remaining under our dormers. Do to the conditions they caulked over the areas of flashing that needed attention and better address the old flashing that remained on our roof in the spring. Chris and Nelson did an excellent job in getting the work done quickly. Not sure why this flashing was not replaced when the roof was redone.

What I appreciated most was the individual approach to our main issue which was an urgent leak on the roof. The responsiveness of not only our roofing specialist but the company overall was unique. Our urgent problem was handled expediently and even though we thought the full roof repair could not be done until spring, we were offered to be on a wait list and ended up getting the replacement before the end of the year. The company is easy to contact, the contracts and estimates are clear, the finance department was timely and responsive too. Good communication is a rarity these days.
