This is a very special place! The community of yogis at Change make all feel welcome with support and no judgement. Classes have been sweaty and fun, while providing for modifications that would allow all levels to feel comfortable. I will definitely be back!!
While camping at Jamaica State Park, I popped in for a Tuesday evening class with the new owner Nichole. Such a warm and welcoming spirit! Class was fun, challenging, with a strong core work section at the end. It seems like a special community place, and I’m so glad they’ve managed to stay open after this last year. I’ll be back!
Great outdoor class with Terence! While visiting this quaint town, I discovered this studio. So happy to have an opportunity to practice in the beautiful outdoor landscape of fall in Vermont!
