I hired Property Matters to replace the rotting wood around all of my windows. Not only did they bid a competitive price, Eddie and his team completed the work quickly and completely met my expectations. The team members were courteous and listened to all my requests. We hired Property Matters, LLC on recommendations from our neighbors to do a remodel of our laundry/dining room, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The work was done ahead of schedule, reasonably priced, we had nothing but professional interactions with Ed, and very reliable and considerate subcontractors. He guided us through the "realm of the possible" since we are new to remodeling, and made us feel comfortable with our choices. Most importantly, the work was high quality and exceeded my expectations of what we could get out of this remodeling.
