Matt was spectacular! It was so refreshing to call the number and have not only a real person answer but Matt himself! He coordinated with the seller's realtor directly and performed the water collection and testing less than a week out! Matt emailed regularly to keep us updated and made sure we had the results of the tests in less than a week. He was cordial, professional, and efficient. His experience in Realty and engineering only add to his credibility as a knowledgeabl, credible, and trustworthy inspector. He even followed up with helpful advice in regard to our water system with LINKS directly to the websites of those services. He could have offered future services as the middleman but instead simply gave us all the information to perform it ourselves. Seriously, who does that these days?!? We are beyond pleased, impressed, and grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend his services!
