I got a new unit from Brock’s. They have been servicing my old one for years (very well I must say). The installation of the new one was terrific and they even came back at my request and explained a few things to me and did a little testing of the new system. Very accommodating, knowledgeable, and communicative. And I’m happy with the new unit they recommended. 10 stars from Judy in Fairfax!
I’ve had Brock’s at my house on two separate occasions for two separate issues. The technicians both Ethan and Andrew were professional in every way and resolved my plumbing and heating problems. I wouldn’t hesitate calling them again.
