“Thought I was being charged for a non working machine. Left message about it and received a call first thing the next morning. Was explained about the charge and how it would not be charged thanks to their system . No charges if machine doesn't work. The lady was very pleasant. The next time machine malfunctioned it was deducted from the next washer. So easy! Will continue going!“
