Thought I was being charged for a non working machine. Left message about it and received a call first thing the next morning. Was explained about the charge and how it would not be charged thanks to their system . No charges if machine doesn't work. The lady was very pleasant. The next time machine malfunctioned it was deducted from the next washer. So easy! Will continue going!

Gets two instead of one because the lady who works here was very kind and apologetic of what happened. I’ll be washing at my moms house from now on. First machine I used works fine. I put the pillows in. Put detergent in. Locked it. Put in money. It started. 5 minutes, it stops. Won’t unlock, won’t wash. Second machine, I had the door open when I put the change in. Didn’t start. I call over the attendant and she said she can’t credit me for that because the machine doesn’t take her card and she didn’t want to credit me for another machine that did without manager approval.
