Sunrun’s sales rep Owen Ladd was superb because he was thorough, engaged, and fully committed to answering any questions I had, as well as solving any problems that arose. I made it clear that I didn’t want to tie up any of my own money and he delivered on that. Owen walked me through sales and set up like a pro. If you are going to go with Sunrun ask for Owen!
