We wanted to start out by saying what great investment and savings our Sunrun panels have provided us. The installation team was fast , friendly and very respectful of our property and home. Unfortunately our field rep dropped the ball on a few things that were concerning to us. After voicing concerns to Richard Lacome about this, he went above and beyond and provided us with the best customer service experiences we have ever encountered. He elevated our concerns to the top and resolved everything quickly. We can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and Sunrun Essex. First, English is not my first language, and I got a double payment charge for couple month. I gave 3 stars to Sunrun, 5 stars to Richard Lacombe. I still want to try my best to explain why I want to recommend Richard Lacombe to everyone! the most responsible customer service/ manager in Sunrun (costco, in colchester)
I have been a customer of Sunrun for 2 years . 2 years ago, Someone knocked on my door to ask me if I was interested in the solar system, and told me I can terminate a contract anytime if I don’t like it. I am writing this because I feel the professionalism in which Gabriel and Yeshua exhibited was top notch. I did not end up going with solar as it was not a good time for my wife and I, however we were guided along the way, each step by the two men mentioned above. They were honest, courteous, and informative, being able to answer and explain any question that arose. I would strongly recommend working with them if you are thinking of going solar. Hopefully in the future the time will be right for my family to work with them again and move forward.
