About Spa at The Essex
The Spa at The Essex can be a great destination for a relaxing getaway, with offerings such as a spa, dining options, and pool access. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Some guests have reported issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, with cobwebs and dirty baseboards being found. The front desk staff's customer service has also been called into question, with guests feeling unheard when bringing up issues. The pool facilities have also received mixed reviews, with some guests praising the late outdoor pool hours and the cleanliness of the hot tub, while others have found the indoor pool to be only 4 feet deep and in need of a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the property's buildings have been noted to have doors in need of replacement, which could potentially pose a security risk. Overall, it seems that the Spa at The Essex has the potential to be a great destination, but could benefit from some attention to detail in regards to cleanliness and customer service.
I had a Vitamin C brightening facial and it was excellent. I wish that I remembered the name of the cute blonde who gave me the facial because she was excellent. She also gave my head and shoulders a massage with the facial. It was just what I needed.
Lovely Spa....I had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted by Baylee. She did a wonderful job. I wanted to tint them to see if I would like it before I do microblading. Turned out lovely.
The Spa amenities are very nice as well. Indoor pool with easy access for seniors. Jacuzzi outside indoor pool. Spa area with saunas, steam rooms etc for men and women. Prices are not too bad either.
Wow!! Just wow!! The energy and the scent of the spa was simply amazing! Valen at the front desk greeted me and and helped me get situated. The lounges were gorgeous. I got the ultimate zen with Coco who was so brilliant and sweet! I feel so safe and sooo relaxed when I left. It really made my day! I recommend the ultimate zen- and coco, to anyone who wants the perfect spa day
