“Multiple projects were coordinated and scheduled, including re-build of bulkhead door, gutters, sump pump installation and dehumidifier with drain installation. Easily added electrical switch replacement when that went out after contract arranged. The work spanned several months as we were forced to wait for ground thought to complete the sump pump drainage. We were kept well informed along the way as to when workers would arrive, etc. Clean up was excellent.“
