I had an excellent experience with Lewis Creek. They were timely, professional, and the completed work exceeded my expectations. (They completely rebuilt my back steps and fixed the raining on my front steps). The cost was very reasonable. Lewis Creek was the General Contractor for our home, with a shell that was pre-manufactured in panels (by another company) and assembled on-site, which itself was raw land in need of various utilities. So, a big and unusual project! Over the course of ~13 months, Lewis Creek was consistently professional, detailed, highly communicative, and always happy to educate us about the components of the work. We had a positive experience with LCB during a gut renovation of a fixer-upper from 2021-22. Chris and his team gave us lots of personal attention and were communicative about the project throughout. Like everyone else, there were some challenges around supply chains and staffing, but we felt informed about those as they unfolded. We had just the right level of input into design and finish decisions, and the LCB team took the time to talk with us at the outset about what our preferences would be. We've been living in the house for two years now and it has held up perfectly. We love it!
