They have a real awesome tech there by the name of Trevor. He was honest about how efficacious spraying for box elder bugs would be this late in the season (Oct 19), encouraged me to do the sealing work myself, and even followed up with me the next day about a spray I can pick up at a hardware store.Service: Bug & insect extermination

Traver Hayes of Ehrlich is a wonderful rep for the company. Friendly, efficient service, detailed explanations. He was on-time, addressed our residential bee situation and applied product to keep our Asian Lady Beetles at bay. Further, he impromptu agreed to eradicate a very imposing Bald Face Hornet nest up the road which was a severe threat to our neighborhood canines and walkers. Well done, Traver! Jeff and Greta Sloan
