I have used Ehrlich for many years, have an annual contract, and have always had a positive experience. My tech person Michael lives locally and knows the needs of this area. He is very friendly, efficient, fastidious, and caring. I am treated like a neighbor, not as a random customer. The perimeter of my house under the siding has chemical free materials added that mice can't get through and I have not had mice in the house since it was installed over a year ago. During the summer my house is treated for wasps and bees and because of that they are practically non-existent. Eddie from Ehrlich Pest Control was excellent. He took the time to explain exactly where the wasps were entering the building and clearly walked me through the issues he found. He also explained what he was going to do to address the problem and even took photos so I could better understand the situation and what steps to take next. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, informative, and professional he was during the visit. Highly recommend.
