I had trouble getting my wifi router to connect with the Internet signal from the modem. Tim did everything he could to try and avoid me needing to buy a new router. Super helpful, informative and friendly. He's an awesome resource to have in Southern VT

Vermont Geeks are superheroes in our house, where I routinely cannot figure out even very basic issues with internet, computers etc. They are lovely to work with and will always walk us through the issues, including to try to see if we can fix it without them. Very reliable and great to work with!
