What a relief!! Our oven was fixed quickly and for a fair price. Friendly and diligent, our repair man was excellent. It was obvious that he has the right mind for figuring out the problem and knowing or finding out what to do. Greg was excellent and I highly recommend. They were friendly and up front on the phone when I called too. Thank you!
It took quite a while given trying to get the parts from GE warranty. But as the parts came in Greg and Lisa made sure ours was a priority! It, knock on wood, has been working fabulously! Thank you!!
We had the pleasure of working with these folks through a warranty with Whirlpool. They were professional, knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. They didn't know if Whirlpool would cover the cost but said they would put it through and if it was covered, I would be reimbursed.
