RE/MAX North Professionals

Rich and his crew are the best, on both a personal and professional level. He helped me make the best decision for my needs. His knowledge and expertise from years in the real estate industry is invaluable to his clients.

Rich was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us find our Dream home. He was very knowledgeable of things and gave his advice and opinion. Would very much recommend him to anyone who wants a home and wants to make sure they’re getting a great deal.

Jason Lefebvre of Re/max North Professionals puts his extensive background to work for his clients to ensure all their real estate needs are met. His expertise especially shines when times come to develop a pricing strategy. He understands the pitfalls of "testing the market" and pricing a house beyond market range. Of course, as a seller you want to get as much as possible for your house. but if priced too high, potential buyers won't even come visit. As Jason puts it "time is not your friend". As time passes, your home rapidly becomes stale and you lost eh excitement and lost the opportunity to give your property the the maximum exposure. You want Jason by your side.
