Dr. Ma is an amazing veterinarian and a wonderful and loving health provider. She truly cares for her 4 legged patients and their families and we LOVE Dr. Ma. She is generous, kind and caring. She is the best!
Dr. Grace Ma is a fantastic vet she’s straight forward. She helps me understand vet care for my animals and helps me with what’s the best meds or food I can afford.
The price for animal care is high no matter where u go, she has a staff, insurance, and overhead she must pay.
I love how she lets my cats meander around the exam room.
I’m used to being with my animals and not used to them being in another room without me.
So very greatful for this Vet. We had a medical emergency with our 5 month old golden puppy with a lot of blood in his stool. And I mean A LOT! When I called my vet I was told THEY DON'T DO EMERGENCIES.... BUT THEY WOULD SEE HIM THE NEXT DAY. I was told to try their sister clinic (no one answers the phone there, you have to leave a message. ) I called back 3 more times...
( 3 weeks later and I still have not gotten a call back )
I then called 13 other vets trying to get him seen. Said we would pay cash , no one would seen him. Then one clinic told me to call the THE CLARIDON CLINIC. NOT ONLY DID DOCTOR GRACE SAYS SHE WOULD SEE HIM, SHE WAITED AFTER THE CLINIC...read full review
