“Dr. Kate removed a 12.5 lb lipoma from our dog’s back hip which hindered normal movement. It was a 4 hour surgery and required multiple staples. She met our concerns with knowledge and compassion. The wound healed well and our dog is back to normal! I highly recommend her surgical capabilities and warm personality!”

Overall, Services and Care provides an important service, and my experiences with the care and support have been very positive.
I do have one concern that I believe management should address. The receptionist, Renna, has come across to me as very unfriendly, edgy, and at times rude. The attitude and tone can make an otherwise positive experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. Reception is often the first point of contact, so courteous and welcoming customer service is especially important.
This is not meant to take away from the excellent work being done by Carol and others at Services and Care. Quite the opposite—I hope management takes the concern seriously because the quality of care deserves to be matched by equally professional and respectful front-desk service.
