Prior to starting construction on our retirement home, we sent our requests for bids on our roofing to three roofing contractors. One never responded, one was unable to provide a bid and the third, Fontaine Roofing & siding was very timely in their response to our requests and consistently returned e mails & requests for information. Our budget took an unexpected hit so we requested that Scott eliminate some of the higher end details of the roof. He didn’t take any issue in the changes we requested even though we made additional changes that turned out to be far more labor intensive than anticipated. Scott and his crew completed the work with outstanding attention to even the smallest details. They worked through a heavy rain and completed the job in a very timely manner. The site was left clean and no debris needed to be cleaned after they left.
