We had an overflow problem that had me vacuuming many gallons of backed up water in the basement. I called Clark-Wright on a weekend. Michaela returned my call the same day, was very polite and reassuring, and set me up with Chad on Monday, once we dug up the tank cover. He pumped us out and found we had some potentially serious problems. He had a crew out the same day to dig, scope things out, clear a clog, replace some pipe and install risers. Finished up the next morning, about 24 hours start to finish. Thanks, Michaela, Chad, Scotty & Tommy! Great team, great service!
