Have treated my entire family with beyond excellent care. From working with my pitbull with behavioral issues, to my overweight cats, each visit has been done with care and understanding. They have allowed me to help with my dog so he could get the care he needed with everyone staying safe! Have always been upfront about costs, and get us in when we need to. Very clean office as well, even a small space for my toddler to color. Not once have they ever made me uncomfortable or feel bad about situations, they took the time to explain things, and come up with realistic plans that work with my personal needs. Dr Sasha is amazing!

Brought our dog in after she crossed paths with a porcupine. Her regular vet (Rutland Veterinary Clinic & Surgical Center) refused to see her and told us to take her to the emergency animal hospital. When we called the emergency clinic, they said an emergency room visit likely wasn't needed and recommended we call the Bristol Animal Hospital. We were able to get in and be seen the same day. The staff & vet were so kind and helpful and really helped ease a very stressful situation. To top it off the bill was about half what we had been paying at her previous vet, let alone the hundreds of dollars an unnecessary emergency room trip would have cost.
