Came in Friday to get my hair done (salted caramel balayage) and they did a fantastic job but later that night I had realized I wanted something adjusted a little bit - they were able to honor the agreement of fixing my hair within the first week of getting my hair done. Very pleased with the customer service, highly recommend this place! Great work , and phenomenal communication skills ?✨

This was my first time having Desiree do my hair I’m really picky about my hair she did a great job and guarantees her work so if later something doesn’t look right she will fix it iv been to almost every salon here in Brattleboro and no one has guaranteed to fix there mistakes without recharging me so I deffinitely give her 5 stars ?????

I've been looking for a fun funky hair salon and I really was running out of hope in the brattleboro area. Finally found a referral online for Shear Designs and gave it a whirl. I explained that I don't style my hair, so I need something easy to manage and that can be put into a pony tail easy. They delivered! It's a huge difference from what I looked like previously and my hair has bounce and flow!
