Maple Valley Physical Therapy

These folks are wonderful! I was referred by my doctor for an injured achilles tendon. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days. I was assessed and a treatment plan developed and within 2 weeks of twice a week treatments (ultra-sound and massage) my pain was remarkably better! They sent me home with specific exercises and now i can walk with no pain! They are PT wizards ?

Wendy the receptionist has been rude to me every time I've talked to her including my first visit, my therapist Kathleen was very nice and had a lot of information/knowledge which was good, so anyways I forgot about my last appointment due to being stuck and busy trying to recover from flooding and she was very rude, it was my 1st time not calling and that was because of the issue at hand, in which I explained to her and she treated me like I've done it many times before!! I'm not sure I'll be continuing my care there due to having to deal with her!!

I am so grateful for the care I received at Maple Valley Physical Therapy. I had broken a bone in my back and was trying to come back from bed rest from that. Amy and the staff were so caring and I loved how they knew just what I needed and were so supportive of me!
