These folks are wonderful! I was referred by my doctor for an injured achilles tendon. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days. I was assessed and a treatment plan developed and within 2 weeks of twice a week treatments (ultra-sound and massage) my pain was remarkably better! They sent me home with specific exercises and now i can walk with no pain! They are PT wizards 🧙

Wendy the receptionist has been rude to me every time I've talked to her including my first visit, my therapist Kathleen was very nice and had a lot of information/knowledge which was good, so anyways I forgot about my last appointment due to being stuck and busy trying to recover from flooding and she was very rude, it was my 1st time not calling and that was because of the issue at hand, in which I explained to her and she treated me like I've done it many times before!! I'm not sure I'll be continuing my care there due to having to deal with her!!

I had wanted a Mackenzie trained PT; Maple Valley was in my HMO.Julie, who worked with me is knowledable, attentive and professional. She worked with me one-on-one, not like a therapist I worked with years ago who worked with three clients at once. She gave me plenty of time, top-notch instruction and is available by phone, anytime, though I have not needed that. Scheduling was easy and she’s available after work hours. Top notch in all areas.Highly recommended and I’m happy to travel from Keene to Brattleboro—an excellent PT is worth it.
