“I don't quite understand the bad reviews this place got, because my experience was excellent. There're NO problems with the cleaning itself. My clothes were perfectly cleaned. I had a huge grease spot on one of my tops and it was gone without a trace. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was just because of the new customer intake questionnaire. I had never been asked to sign an agreement at a cleaners before. I asked a bunch of questions about that and learned that the owner is just making sure she doesn't get sued if something goes wrong with your clothes. She must have had some big problem with a previous customer or something. However, after my questions were answered, I left feeling confident that my clothes were in good hands. I was correct.
If you're a new customer, just be aware that you will be asked to sign an agreement. No big deal. The lady at the counter was very helpful and answered every question I had.”
