My experience when trying to reach the desk at this location to tell them we were going to be late for an appointment:
The phone number listed here doesn't take you to the local clinic. It put me into a statewide phone system where I was shuffled around and stuck on hold. The first person who answered didn't even let me tell her why I was calling. Then back on hold until someone said they'd pass along my message.
It shouldn't be this hard to make a simple call with a simple goal.

Due to personnel constraints everyone there does multiple tasks & that's why they don't answer, HOWEVER leaving a message will get you a call back pretty quickly, usually an hour or so. I always leave a message & indicate if I need to speak to someone ASAP & get quicker response. Great care & they try to address any problems you may have.
