Sorry the previous reviewr felt she had a "weird" experience. Sheila does not normally do childrens hair. She did make the appointment, but upon reconsideration decided it would not be safe for such a young child. Please keep in mind that this was in the middle of Covid and masking was mandiated. No clue as to how this little girl would react to a new person, place, etc. It is too bad the reviewer did not speak to Sheila so she could explain her decision.

I made an appointment for my 3 year old daughter for 1:30pm. The day of at 12:42pm, I got a call saying that because my daughter is not vaccinated (she's 3, and they knew this when I made the appointment), they could not cut her hair. I was pretty shocked by this, and gave a quick solution since we were all ready to go by that time. I said that we have antigen tests here at home, and I could test her right now....they said, they will not see her that day. That was the end of the conversation...have not called back or anything.
