I always ask myself, why didn’t I come here sooner?! Chiropractic adjustments are one of the easiest and most budget friendly things you could do for your wholistic health. Fostering wellness has a an awesome staff that wants you to thrive. Their goal is not just to treat pain, discomfort and illness….they want you to heal. During adjustments, I’m amazed at the immediate improvements to my body systems as well as my mood, emotions and even my soul. I had the most wonderful massage with Melanie at Fostering Wellness today! She listened to my preferences on pressure and if I wanted essential oils or not. The room was calm and relaxing. I had terrible knots in my neck, (as that’s where I tend to carry my stress!), and she was able to seamlessly and painlessly work them completely out! One happy camper here and I will definitely be back!
