In a very sad time following the death of our very special loved one, we were guided through the difficult process of the final arrangements with patient understanding and a very caring attitude. POOR COMMUNICATION, FOUND CREMATION FOR $1550 LESS. In 2021 I had made an arrangement with Hale to handle my sister’s brain donation and cremation. My sister had two severe illnesses and was planning to donate brain samples to science to advance the understanding of the illnesses. Hale was sold to new owners. It was the prior owner who worked with the brain donation place to set things up.

Fast forward to this week. I called Hale last Monday to tell them I moved my sister to a nursing home and gave them the new contact information. I said that she was not expected to last the week.I found out Hale’s ownership had changed hands. I went over the brain donation...read full review

This is a service no one wants and is always needed at some point. Unfortunately we lost a grown Son In December. He had ties to Bradford and Hale is there. Tom handled all the details no one knows About but still exist. And he went above and beyond working with the finance and payment side. It took me two months to be able to put in a review for Hale. If compassion is high on your list, this is Where to go.
