Unfortunately I had to get my car tow out of the snow bank. After a few referral, I found crosstown and it was awesome.Ian got my car out after two stops. First time he didn’t have the right car cause we didn’t explain our situation. He got up and went to get another truck to be sure it’s safe and zero risk.Great job and took 3 hours on a short notice from stuck to unstuck.Thanks and hope I never call you again but I hope someone else can find your service useful.
Ian was so helpful in getting me on the road and starting up my dead car. Absolutely was so worried and he was sincerely the best, explained what could be going wrong with the car and made sure that I was back on the road! Truly grateful for his care and kindness! He really put me back on the road in no time at all. Thank you Ian for your help and expertise! Truly appreciate it beyond words.
