I gave this business a call because my kitchen faucet was leaking so badly, I couldn't use it. The person who answered the phone was quite kind and professional and when I explained my problem, she said, "We probably can't get anybody out to you tomorrow, but soon and they'll let you know when they're coming by." Not a definite time frame, but I was optimistic.

Roughly two weeks went by, and I heard nothing. I called again. I identified myself and asked about getting somebody to my house, and was met with "*sigh* I KNOW," ok, if your company is overwhelmed and you know nobody's getting to me to fix a vital part of my home, maybe let me know that.
