Ralph the technician was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything before getting started. The dryer vent cleaning that Steven did at my home was what I needed. He showed up on time. Then he did a thorough check of the dryer vent before he started cleaning it. Steven told me exactly what was going on with the vent. He did a great job cleaning it. The lint removal part of the service really made a difference. It got rid of a lot of buildup. Now the air can flow through the system much better. Steven worked fast and he kept everything clean and neat. He was also very respectful of my home.
