AC broke in my store during a humid heat wave. I was cranky and whiney. Richard said he would stop by to take a look to see if it could be salvaged at some point between his other scheduled repairs. Well, he came pretty fast, and tried his hardest but the situation required a new unit. I will say the service was prompt, courteous (despite my sailor mouth muttering to myself) and Bennington Cooling will be the first place I call next time I'm all hot and bothered.
