I had a problem with two multipoint exterior doors, and requested a service call. Rather than coming out and charging me to fix the simple problem(s) they trouble shot with me over the phone, told me how to fix it, and after about 10 minutes work, the doors work great. What nice people.

I can’t say enough about Eric and his company! Eric thankfully enough took our issue and fixed it in crunch time!!! We were in panic mode, stuck with a 6 year old and no keys to our car WHILE ON VACATION.. and with no hesitation, very calm and confidently said “I’ll get you a key tomorrow”. And HE DID! Not only did he get us a key, Eric went the extra mile and came to pick us up at the hotel to bring us to the car!!!! Eric, I thank you for your dedication to your customers, you truly should feel good about your business ethic, accountability, and honesty!As I stated earlier thank you for quick and efficient work!
