Chris was wonderful to work with and his team was incredibly efficient with good morale. I was amazed that they did the whole roof in one day! Chris also came back to clean up the attic and finish the new hatch. Highly recommended.

They came highly recommended from others but they weren't bothered to answer the phone or return my calls to get an estimate.
Edit: Maybe I'm being slightly harsh but most companies in Vermont don't return phone calls or you never get estimates when promised. It's EXTREMELY frustrating when I spend hours doing research looking for dependable local companies and they aren't bothered to ever call back after leaving messages. Half the people I called for estimates weren't bothered to call us back (in an entire month I might add) but half of them responded to negative reviews on Google within a few hours.
When we discovered water dripping into our daughter's bedroom last February, Chris was the only roofer I called who returned my call and came out within a few days to break down the ice dams that had developed. He then proposed a replacement roof once spring came. They arrived on time and did an amazingly quick and clean job even though he had to go buy plywood since we discovered that there was no wood under the older corrugated metal roof. I would recommend him without hesitation.
