Sage Contracting updated our screen porch to a 3 seasons room recently and we were very satisfied with the work and the price. Jason and his people did an excellent job and was always available for questions about the time frame and work. His head guy Josh was outstanding and very helpful explaining what he was doing and the end result was great. I would defiantly recommend Sage Custom Construction.

A year ago, I started demo on a covered porch (converted to a room) that I wanted to convert back to it's original 1931 glory as a porch. I realized the project was outside my capabilities and requested a quote from Sage and 2 other contractors. And wow! The professionalism, proficiency, and attention to quality blew me away. The estimator thoroughly identified our vision for historical accuracy and was equally thorough in communicating the code requirements, material selection, structural requirements, and aesthetic design details proposed.
