We were having a problem with our Bosch AC not cooling. We had another company that diagnosed the problem but couldn't seem to get the part needed in a timely manner. Tommy was recommended and he came out the next day to give us a second opinion. He arrived early, diagnosed the problem, gave the system a shot of Freon and had the unit working before he left. Thank you Tommy for your knowledge and expertise. We will be calling Tommy in the future for our HVAC needs
Tommy saved the day again!! Our A/C went out and within an hour Tommy was here and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Quick Heating and Air had been my go to for many years and Tommy always delivers honest first class service!!
My air conditioner was not working and a friend of ours recommended Tommy Quick. We called him and he showed up about an hour later. He informed us that we would need to have the evaporator coil replaced. He said he would work up an estimate and call us later. When he called he informed us that the evaporator coil was still under warranty. He checked on the warranty without us asking. We paid for the labor and the refrigerant but not the evaporator coil. He saved us several thousand dollars. A day later the AC stopped working again and we called him back to see what was wrong. He explained that a capillary tube was leaking and that caused the refrigerant to leak out.... read full review
