I have been to many nail salons and they have been okay, I started looking and made a list and worked my way through it, Then I got to Nails Etc. must say I was pleasantly surprised. I love salons where I do not have to make an appointment. It's me I know weird but anyway, Have walked in at different times and had no problem getting my naiks done. I have had them done by Hoauy and Ann and both are super nice, They are sure careful and just awesome. I have been coming here for years but after my experience today, I am very disappointed. My pedicure seemed very rushed and I was not given the full package of the pedicure. They left out lotion and the foot and ankle massage. When I asked them about the lotion, they told me that they put it on when they did not. I did not get what I paid for and I am not returning.My Mom also came here a few months back and there was something sharp in the pedicure tub that severely cut her foot. She left and never returned. I will now be doing the same thing.
