At The Grafton branch, I have worked several times or more with Ray in getting glasses and frames replaced for my mother in-law. She will be 94 in March and has severe dementia. Ray helps me to get new glasses and to repair or replace those that she breaks during her rougher spells. His staff has been awesome also. I feel very pleased when leaving here.

Where do I start, Jay and Makaylah were nothing short of amazing! For my first optometrist visit ever, they made my visit a pleasant experience. Thank you so much for your kind service and it’s people like the both of you that businesses should invest more into their future. Good help is truly hard to find and is always needed.
