Ginter Services, LLC offers good ol' fashioned American hard work. As a reliable contractor, they provide help with home improvement and maintenance needs, including routine and odd jobs. They show up on time, communicate well, and do great work. Ginter Services is a veteran-owned company that offers free estimates, is licensed and insured, and provides financing options. Their services include shed restoration, brick molding repair, garage door frame maintenance, and house repairs. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and address customer concerns. Clients are very satisfied with their work and plan to use them again for additional services.
Lee and Chu did a very good job in building a new backyard deck. They worked hard and the end construction result was just what we wanted. We've already scheduled Ginter Services for another home project this upcoming spring.
Timely, cooperative, and professional work. Not crazy about the dependence on electronic communication, but we're kind of old school when it comes to home improvement and they were flexible. Would definitely recommend.
Follow up work on roof siding was done quickly, efficiently, and safely in under two days. Lee and Chu were on time, communicated with us, and did the job even though it was quite cold out. Still 5 stars.
Ginter built a large, multi-level deck for us. Unbelievable quality--exceeding both my expectations and what was required in the contract. Price was reasonable as well: I got four other quotes for the same work and they beat three of them. Onsite crew (JR and and Christopher) were very professional and easy to work with. Ginter worked effectively to draw up plans that met code, get the job permitted, and inspected and approved by York County. They had some adminisistrative/logisitical oversights in the beginnning which caused a schedule delay, but despite those early frustrations they still earned all five stars based on thier OUTSTANDING construction and cost performance.
