It was excellent. Our girl is on the mend. Faith, our Pitbull, had quite a few stitches. I called the office a couple of hours later to see how Faith was and the young lady new exactly who Faith was. She gave me an update which eased my mind tremendously. The surgery was a success. Faith came home and although sore she was a very Happy pup. I appreciated the care given by the staff.
I can’t say enough good things about the Animal Emergency Center! I brought my Dachshund in, and from the moment we walked through the door, everyone was so kind, caring, and welcoming. The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors were all incredibly sweet and professional.
They made us feel comfortable and reassured us throughout the entire visit about our puppy’s health. You can truly tell that they care about the animals they treat and the families who bring them in.

It was amazing. The doctor was sincere and truly cared about my dog. He was not trying to make a sale and it was all in the best interest of our dog. Super impressed and thankful ❤ The girl who took my animal back to be assessed was super sweet and kind. When I came back to pick my animal up, it was a more comfortable experience than the check-in. Even the guy who brought my animal out to the car super nice and caring made me feel comfortable. Well, I appreciated. The most was the clear communication and honesty of the Doctor.
