Really pleasant experience this evening at Amazing Cuts. Called short notice hoping to get in for a shampoo/hair wash. The staff was so caring and luckily had room for me to be seen. It was so relaxing and just really impressed with the above and beyond service I received for something so simple. Thanks again!!

As a woman with natural black hair in 4A/4B I'm often nervous about getting my hair cut anywhere. However, Tracie was willing to watch and listen to how I detangle my hair and then stretch it taunt for my trim. It's now well rounded and very even! I went natural in 2020 and since then only trimmed my own hair. This was a big step for me to trust anyone with it. But it was worth it coming here. I can't speak to how easily low porosity hair would be detangled in the chair. But so you know I have high porosity hair that I often wear in a twist out. I first visited Amazing Cuts a couple years ago when I was trying to find a place to get my haircut last minute before I went on vacation. So happy I did. Not only is everyone extremely friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, but I have gotten the cut I asked for every single time I walked in the door. I'm forever a loyal customer. 😊
