Kim, the receptionist was awesome! Not only was she extremely professional, she was sooo very personable and friendly! This was my second time there and I would highly recommend Shenandoah Optical to anyone!

Was in and out in about 30 mins for an exam. Front desk and assistant were very friendly. The optometrist was strait forward and clinical which I prefer in my doctor's. Will come back again in a year.

I had a lense pop out of my sunglasses. I had purchased them out of town and did not want to make the drive to get it fixed. Called this office which is close to home. The fixed the problem within 5 minutes and at no charge. I will have my records transferred to this eye doctor and start having my eyes checked here. They were so pleasant and professional!
