This place is absolutely amazing. It is clean well managed friendly and they do fantastic work. I don't have nails pop. She goes from side to side on each nail. She pays attention to what she's doing as well as the other ladies that work in there. I am simply amazed on how well that they do. This thing said 3.8 stars when I started this message. First time into Pro Nails. I had unknowingly called before business hours to inquire if they were taking walk ins (due to covid), but left no message. Wendy actually called me back, which was a pleasant surprise. They do take walk-ins, but suggest appointments or call aheads. The shop was very clean and well organized with elegant decor. Wendy was also my technician for having gel polish removed and another color placed on. She was great! Professional, warm and my manicure turned out lovely. When I revealed I had a cleaning business, she even recommended certain polishes that could withstand the hot water and chemicals I use everyday for a longer lasting manicure. I had done business with Wendy for many years, and she was pleasant most visits, there were times when she talked on the phone during most of my service, which as a professional myself is very unprofessional.I always had services of acrylic nails ( fill- in) & pedicure with gel polish. The price was ranged between $70.00 to &100.00. She did nice work but each time I had my nails done my nails were becoming too wide and thick, which looked very fake even when I ask for them to be filed square-oval.In May 2020, I removed my acrylic nails because of moving and remodeling of our new home.
