They saved our trip in about three hours. Helped us troubleshoot the problem over the phone and got us temporarily fixed so that we could limp in for hands-on help. Was impressed by their knowledge of RV slider issues. They had the needed circuit for our unit and helped us install it.

Wow! These guys ordered our parts and got them in within the week! The service is AMAZING! Then, the shop people saw that we were having some trouble installing our fifth wheel, and told us to drive around and they did it quickly and freely! Thank you guys so very much!

They have had my RV for weeks. I have called 6 or 7 times to get a status. They have promised to call me back several times but never have. I sent an email to Dave who gave me his card when I dropped off the RV. He said reach out with any issues - he has not responded. I am left with no choice but to head out there (over an hour away) and demand my RV back. Part of me wonders if they didn’t wreck it or mess something up and they are trying to cover it up. Their poor communication and inability to live up to their word doesn’t leave me much choice.Update: I received a call from Dave very soon after posting the review.
