This week and last week, our HVAC gave us some problems (two separate issues). On both days, I called Ridgeview and they fit us in to their already busy schedule. The technicians (Josh and Joshua) took care of us and quickly got our cooling system running again. I greatly appreciate their help because it has been extremely hot out lately, especially last week. They do outstanding work and are very reasonable with what they charge for their services. I've already recommended them to a number of people. Josh answered my call at 4AM for my kitten getting stuck in the air vent. He immediately drove to us at midnight and told us what to do before he got here so she wouldn’t pass away, and he saved her life. He genuinely did a lovely service for us and even offered to fix our broken cover for the HVAC. These guys are an amazing service to Wise Co!
