If you're looking for a cheap place for a haircut/shave and you don't particularly care how specific your hair needs to be, then this is a place I'd recommend. Great cuts and shaves!
This barbershop is a step back in time. No matter who cuts your hair or gives you a shave you won't be disappointed. I've been there when they are busy and still never waited longer than 30 mins. Their attentiveness and customer service are excellent. Highly recommended
